SOMNATH AND DWARKA TEMPLE TOUR
Located in the western part of India in the state of Gujarat, Dwarka and Somnath temple are one of the prominent pilgrimage centres for Hindus. These spiritual destinations in Gujarat attracts a large number of pilgrims from all over the country and abroad, as it offers them peace and ecstasy. Dwarka is one of the Char Dhams (four abodes) of India which is located confluence to where the Gomti River merges into the Arabian Sea. It is believed to be the legendary kingdom of Lord Krishna. Somnath, on the other hand, is known for the famous Somnath Jyotirlinga temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Day 01 | DELHI – RAJKOT |
Board your flight in Delhi for Rajkot. On arrival at Rajkot, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Overnight in Rajkot.
Day 02 | RAJKOT – DWARKA |
After breakfast, drive to Dwarka via Jamnagar. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Later, proceed to visit the Nageshvara Jyotirlinga Temple which is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and is mentioned as the old one in Shiva Purana. Then, visit Beyt Dwarka, a small beautiful island which is believed to have been the place of residence of Lord Krishna, visit Lord Krishna Temple here. Evening, visit Rukmani Temple and attend Aarti at Dwarkadheesh Temple. Overnight in Dwarka.
Day 03 | DWARKA – SOMNATH |
This day, drive to Somnath via Porbandar, which was the birth place of Mahatma Gandhi. In Porbandar, visit Kirti Mandir (Temple), the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Continue drive to Somnath and on arrival, check-in at the hotel. Later, visit Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple and in evening attend the aarti followed by light and sound show in the temple premises. Overnight in Somnath.
Day 04 | SOMNATH – GONDAL |
Drive to Gondal, and on arrival check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon visit the Navlakha Palace which was built in the 18th century and houses some of the collection of arts and treasures gathered by the royal family of Gondal. Another must visit is at the Maharajah’s remarkable collection of vintage motor vehicles. Overnight in Gondal.
Day 05 | GONDAL – RAJKOT – DELHI |
After breakfast, drive to Rajkot and on arrival, visit the Watson Museum which has some excellent examples of Gujarati craftsmanship. Evening, transfer to airport to board the flight for Delhi so as to connect to your flight for onward journey.
